Due to anticipated bad weather, organizers have decided to cancel an event that was going to provide a Port Aransas beach outing for handicapped folks.
The surfing session was going to be on Saturday, May 13, on the south side of Horace Caldwell Pier. Volunteers had been sought to help out.
The event hasn’t yet been rescheduled.
The event was being put on by the Life Rolls On organization, in conjunction with Texas Surf Camps of Port Aransas.
The Life Rolls On surf session is an annual event in Port Aransas.
