Appreciation reception

Outgoing City Manager Michael Kovacs, third from left, was honored at a reception on Monday, Nov. 23, at the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce-Tourist Bureau. Kovacs has resigned the position he’s held since December 2004 to take the assistant city manager position in Park City, Utah. Kovacs’ last day will be Friday, Dec. 4.
