The Moonfire party to celebrate the full Harvest Moon set for tonight, Monday, Oct. 6, has been canceled.
Karen Valentine, organizer, said due to the rain over the weekend and high tides, organizers were concerned about folks driving on the beach at night.
The November Moonfire party is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 5.
