A prayer service for victims of Hill Country flooding has been scheduled for 5 p.m. today (Saturday, July 5) at Trinity-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Port Aransas. At least 27 people have died, and others are missing and unaccounted for as a result of the flooding this week.
