Police have re-opened State Highway 361 in Port Aransas in the aftermath of a fatal two-vehicle accident there this morning (Thursday, June 16). Port Aransas Police Lt. James Stokes said police began allowing traffic through about 10:50 a.m. The accident was on a part of the highway just south of the Cinnamon Shore North subdivision.
