Rules:

All vessels must meet State & Federal safety requirements.
Only engine-powered vessels are allowed to participate.
A boat may only enter one classification, designated at time of entry.
Captains are responsible for the safe and prudent operation of their vessel.
The judge’s decision will be final.
Mandatory Captain’s meeting is Saturday, December 1st at 5:30 PM at the Harbor Master’s office.
