Enjoy an evening by the water, watching the ships go through the channel and listening to tunes as the sun goes down on Friday, May 8, at Patsy Jones Amphitheater at Roberts Point Park.
The group Edge and Dugan, who play country and rock and roll both classic and contemporary on acoustic guitars, will perform beginning at 7 p.m. at the Sunset Sounds concert.
The atmosphere is family friendly, and folks are welcome to bring food and drink, kids and leashed dogs.
The City of Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department sponsors the free concerts the second Friday of every month through October.
The next scheduled concert is June 12.
