Port Aransas High School’s Big Blue battled hard as they played Falls City on Tuesday, April 15, but fell to the Beavers by one point, ending in a 6-7 loss.

Garrett said there were five changes in the lead but that the team never gave up no matter what happened.

Pitcher Chase Denton had a nice day at the plate, earning two hits and scoring twice.

Jake Roberts pitched great as well, handling their opponent with 15 strikeouts during eight innings and earning three runs, Garrett said.
