The Lady Marlins of Port Aransas High School teamed up for a group photograph before their Tuesday, Dec. 2, 1989 game vs. Banquete. Pictured, from left, are manager Jennifer Waters, Kim Zahn, Meg Robertson, Vanessa Brundrett, Brandi Rivers, Coach Melanie Mayer, Wendy Littleton, Samantha Martin, Jamie Moss, Crissie Reed and manager Kathryn Grady. The Lady Marlins defeated the visitors from Banquete 44 to 32. The victory came on the heels of winning consolation at a Banquete tournament held the previous weekend.
