Johnny Talbot, construction supervisor with R.E.C Industries of College Station, looks over a new air handling unit that was recently installed at the Center for Coastal Ocean Science at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute’s Port Street campus. The renovation project has been funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration with matching support from the State of Texas.
