Enjoy an evening of art, live music, refreshments and fellowship on Friday, Sept. 5, at the First Friday reception at the Port Aransas Art Center.
Paint Slingers, a group show of all-male artists will be featured at the September reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
View the works of Adam Johnson from Ingleside, Cliff Welty from Aransas Pass and Nick Meyer and Jeffrey McDaniel from Corpus Christi.
In addition to the art show, Nick Meyer will be signing his book, “The Hand, The Demise of the Neanderthal.”
The Paint Slingers show will be on display until Friday, Sept. 26.
Woody’s Sports Center and Urban Engineering are the September sponsors.
The art center is a 501(c)(3) organization located at 323 N. Alister St.
