Science studies Chris Wilson, a graduate student from the University of Texas Marine Science Institute, gives a talk to a Brundrett Middle School science class on Tuesday, March 9. Wilson was giving the students tips on how to make their displays effective in a science fair to be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 29, at the middle school gym. Wilson is a fellow in the GK12 program, which puts UTMSI scientists in Port Aransas schools to help pump up kids’ science programs.
