High hopes Kicking off expectations for development of Conn Brown Harbor, the Aransas Pass Chamber of Commerce and other organizations sponsored what was called the first annual Harbor Festival in December. Held at Harbor Park, the festival shared the park with anglers' boats and pickup trucks.
