Cinnamon Shore expanding Construction has started on the second building of Cinnamon Shore’s Town Center Residences—3TC. The condo building will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,115 to 1,691 square-feet. Prices start at $373,500 and go to $489,900. Pre-construction contracts are being accepted.
