Marlins win, place at Ingleside
The Marlins – boys and girls, varsity and JV – came back from a track meet in Ingleside on Friday, March 2, with several ribbons, including one first place and one second place.
Arianna Marraro picked up the blue ribbon in the JV girls 300-meter hurdles, turning in a time of 56.82. She also won fourth in the JV girls 100-meter hurdles with 20.32,
Matt Fries ran the 3200- meter varsity boys course in 11:12.81 to pick up the second-place ribbon.
Third places were earned by Meagan Hardegree in the 400- meter JV girls dash (1:09.84), Hudson Marraro, JV boys 300-meter hurdles (50.62), Randy Borden, varsity boys 3200-meter run (11:29.87) and Corban Marcantel, varsity boys 1600- meter run (504.01).
