The First Baptist Church, 200 N. Station St., is holding a barbecue fundraiser Sunday, March 11, after church services. They will begin serving the lunches right around noon.

Lunch is provided for donations, and proceeds benefit the Guatemala Mission Project.

A group from the church travels to Guatemala every year and works with an orphanage and school to provide needed building maintenance, large appliances such as freezers, refrigerators, and washers and dryers. In addition they provide Bible services and fun activities for the children.
