Barbara Jean Brown of Port Aransas died Monday, July 11, 2011.

Brown was born Jan. 17, 1941 in Port Aransas to Bronie Lee and Carmen Boden Brown.

She worked as a child care provider and was a resident of Port Aransas her entire life.

Survivors include a nephew, John Collier Cox of San Antonio.

No funeral services were held.
