This large drum was caught by Mike Fischer of Reliance, S. D., on a dead shrimp. Fischer was fishing near Cline’s Landing on Friday, March 4. He landed the fish with help from a young man who hung off the dock to grab the fish, with Fischer holding onto his legs.
