Lena Mae Wolfe, 80, of Springdale, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011. She was the mother of Reta Mae (Charles) Pearson of Port Aransas.

Wolfe was born Jan. 24, 1930 in Locust Grove, Okla., to Robert Earl and Sarah Jewel Hill Youngman.

She was a secretary for Allen Canning Company and Kawneer. She also was a member of the Temple Baptist Church and enjoyed playing dominos.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Franklin Wolfe, whom she married in 1951, and son, David Loyd Wolfe.

Besides her daughter, survivors include two sons, Ricky Loyd (Susan) Wolfe of Salem, Ark. and Rodney Earl (Sarah Harrison) Wolfe of Fayetteville; brother Loyd Wayne (Janice) Youngman of Ozark, Ark.; three sisters, Oweta Caviness of Lakeview, Ark., Betty Julian of Springdale and Sarah Hawkins of Springdale; eight grandchildren, Matthew and Rachel Pearson, Christopher and Matthew Villines, Kayla Wolfe and Brian, Stephanie and Robert Sanderson; and two greatgrandchildren, Keagan Sanderson and Aidan Villines.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 19, in Springdale. Burial was in the Bluff Cemetery.
