Bradshaw wanted to 'test waters'
Withdrew application for Corpus Christi city manager
Port Aransas City Manager Robert Bradshaw says he applied for the Corpus Christi city manager's job just to "test the waters," but withdrew the application when he learned the names of applicants would be made public.
