A visit to the Enchanted Holiday Forest is sure to put even the grumpiest grinch in the Christmas spirit.

Located in the Port Aransas Civic Center, 700 W. Ave. A, the forest is open for viewing from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Dec. 13-22. Visitors will find trees decorated by individuals and area businesses in a centennial theme, “100 Years of Port A.” During the week of Dec. 13-17, piano music by Marion Fersing will entertain visitors from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The decorated trees, along with the efforts of the City of Port Aransas and the Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department, have transformed the civic center into a magical and enchanting wonderland for the public to enjoy.
