Lights on!

The City of Port Aransas Public Works Department hung Christmas decorations on South Alister Street on Monday, Nov. 22. Running the front end loader is Jacob Ramirez, in the bucket is James Cluiss, and ready with more decorations is James Martin. Beginning last year, the city began purchasing new decorations to replace the green wreaths that had been used for many years. This year, 16 new pole decorations were added to the inventory. The lights on the decorations will be turned on Monday, Nov. 29.
