Incorrect information was provided last week about a new writing group forming.

The Port A Pens will host a meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, from 7 to 9 p.m. in hopes that high school writers will attend. This will be a one-time meeting to determine if there would be enough interest to form a new writing group for evening meetings. The meeting will be held at the Ellis Memorial Library, 710 W. Ave. A.

Membership to the Port A Pens is full and no new members are being accepted. However, the group would like to encourage new groups to form.
