Winter hours for the Port Aransas Community Park pool have been set.

The following hours are now in effect.

Open swim: Tuesday through Friday from 1-2 p.m., and Saturday from 1-5 p.m.

Shared lap swim: Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-close, and Saturday from 1 p.m.-close.

Lap swim only: Saturday from 12-1 p.m.

Water exercise: Tuesday through Friday, 8:30-9:30 a.m., 9:30-10:30 a.m. and 12-1p.m.

The pool is located at 700 Clark Ave., at the end of Ross Ave., and is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Pool admission is free for children under 2, $1 for children ages 2 to 18, $2 for adults and $1 for seniors over 60. Water Exercise class is $1.50 per visit.

Adult swim lessons are available by request and can be arranged by calling the pool office at 749-2416.
