Conga for a good cause


The Wings Over Port A: A Beach Ball netted $5,200 for the Animal Rehabilitation Keep. The Parrot Heads of Port Aransas hosted the fundraising event, held Oct. 8-10 in Port Aransas, and will make a presentation to the ARK soon. Parrot Head ‘pholks’ from Seguin, Cedar Creek, San Antonio, Galveston Bay, Lone Star-Dallas/Fort Worth area and Coastal Bend attended, along with folks who are not members of any clubs.
