Artists have only a few days left to enter their art in the Centennial Celebration Commemorative Poster Contest.

The Art Center for the Islands is holding the contest as part of Port Aransas’ centennial celebration.

Artists are invited to submit artwork in watercolor, acrylic, oil, prisma color, or pen and ink. The image should be 8.5” x 13” and may be either vertical or horizontal. The art must depict Port Aransas, as this is a commemorative poster.

Deadline for entries is Sunday, Aug.

The winning artist will receive $200 for the artwork and copyright.
