FISHING REPORT
Anglers took advantage of the good weather over the weekend with catches of redfish, black drum and trout in the bay.Offshore trips brought back kingfish, vermilion snapper, Spanish mackerel, amberjack and ling.
Pier and jetty anglers caught quite a few black tip shark, hard heads and pompano.
John Dunn at Dolphin Dock reported ling, shark, amberjack and vermilion snapper caught offshore over the weekend.
John McNatt at Fisherman’s Wharf said offshore boats brought back kingfish, vermilion snapper and ling. Anglers returning from the north jetty reported catches of redfish and black drum.

Pier said anglers there caught “black tip shark like crazy” as well as hard heads and pompano.
Scott Garrison at Deep Sea Headquarters described offshore catches of kingfish, ling, vermilion and lane snapper, hammerhead shark and amberjack. Bay anglers have bagged redfish, black drum and speckled trout.

said that offshore anglers brought in kingfish, vermilion snapper and ling. Those fishing the bays caught large trout, redfish, black drum, and flounder.
Monique Wilson at Woody’s Sports Center said bay guides reported redfish, black drum and Spanish mackerel. Jetty fishing yielded sheepshead this week.
