The Port Aransas Marlins stalled at the area level Friday night, losing to the Medina High School Bobcats, 71-30 in postseason play at Pearsall.

Although the Marlins' bench contributed points later in the game, they never got an effective offense going. They trailed Medina 32-17 at the half.
