City officials are trying to get the duct work, some re-roofing, mold remediation and a foyer make-over project finished at the Civic Center in time for the 14th annual Whooping Crane Festival (also known as the Celebration of Whooping Cranes and Other Birds), scheduled for Feb. 25-28. Part of the event will be at the civic center.
