Lorraine Thresa Holman, 89, of Port Aransas, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010, in Corpus Christi.

Holman was born on April 12, 1920, in St. Cloud, Minn., to Joseph E. and Anna M. Leuwer Glatzel.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gail Kingston Holman.

She is survived by her son, Gail Kingston “G.K.” Holman Jr. of Port Aransas; two brothers, Jerome (Delina) Glatzel of Eden Prairie, Minn. and Douglas (the late Jean) Glatzel of Prior Lake, Minn.; a sister, Delores (the late John) Wrona of Minneapolis, Minn. and special friends Ned Teller, Sherrie DeBord, John Studeman, Debby Tracy and Emma McNatt, all of Port Aransas.

Private services will be held at a later date in Port Aransas.
