The jolly man himself will be in Port Aransas on Tuesday, Dec. 15.

The annual Children’s Christmas Party will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Holiday Forest at the Port Aransas Civic Center, 700 W. Ave. A.

Port Aransas children up to age 12 are invited. Instant pictures of each child will be taken and distributed and children may vote for their favorite tree in the Holiday Forest.

After telling Santa their Christmas wishes, children will be given a gift and served refreshments.

Admission is free, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

The party is jointly sponsored by the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce, the Port Aransas Rotary Club and the Port Aransas Boatmen’s Association.
