Halloween x 2 = Double the fun this year in Port Aransas.

The annual PTO Halloween parade and carnival will be on Friday, Oct. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m., to be followed by trick or treating on Saturday, Oct. 31.

The parade will begin at 5 p.m. at the drive-through at H.G. Olsen Elementary School, 100 S. Station St., and make the traditional loop down Station Street, west on Beach Street, south on Alister Street to Avenue C, then back down Station Street, to the school.

The carnival, in the elementary school gym, will include games, face painting, a cakewalk, candy and prizes.

Donations for the cakewalk should be delivered to the school cafeteria the day of the carnival.
