A little of everything The First Friday Art Reception at the Art Center for the Islands will feature a group show, ‘Fireworks and Bling,’ including works from these artists. The reception, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the art center, 323 N. Alister St., will feature a group show by member artists in pottery, glass, stained glass and jewelry.

The public is invited to enjoy the exhibit, live music and refreshments and socialize.

Works in the exhibit will be on display and available for purchase through Oct. 30.
