Schaffer

Kevin G. Schaffer, 52, of Port Aransas, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009.

He was born in 1956 in Hampton,Va.

Schaffer served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict.

He worked as an electrician in Port Aransas for the past six years.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Hayes of Port Aransas; a son, Don Cook of Colorado; four daughters, Susie and Jessica Schaeffer, both of California, Stephanie Risicato of Needham, Mass. and Michelle Cook of Crab Orchard, Ill.; his mother, Mary Lou Schaffer, and a brother, Eddie Schaffer, both of Hampton, Va., and five grandchildren.

Private services will be held at a later date.
