Rick Collins of Port Aransas released this golden drum on Sunday, Sept. 13, fishing from the municipal harbor dock, using light spinning tackle. The fish was estimated to weigh 30 to 40 pounds. The Port Aransas Junior Boatmen held their 2009 Offshore Championship Tournament on Sunday, Sept. 20.
