Volunteers needed at JELM
The JELM Center wants you.
The Joint Effort Leisure Ministry is gearing up for the fall and winter program, and is seeking volunteers to teach arts and crafts workshops and to serve as greeters for the office.
Arts and crafts instructors conduct one three-hour workshop, teaching and demonstrating a simple, inexpensive project. A small materials fee may be charged, but JELM classes are free.
The office greeter position involves one three-hour shift per week October through December.
Instructors are needed for bridge, scrap-booking and ballroom dancing, and any new ideas for activities or excursions will be considered.
To discuss program or trip ideas or to volunteer, call Pat Reilly at the JELM office, 749-5321, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
