It’s time get break out the balls, bats and gloves and head for the diamond.

The Port Aransas Softball League will kick off the softball season for adults next month.

Teams may register now by calling Butch Findley at 749-5554. Entry fee is $200 per team.

The coed league will start play on Tuesday, Sept. 8., followed by the men’s league on Thursday, Sept. 10. Games will continue to be played at 7, 8 and 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 weeks.
