Paul Scott Abdo of San Antonio, died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009. He was 41.

Abdo was a 1986 graduate of Port Aransas High School. His mother, the late Meri Abdo, was owner of Meri’s Malibu Restaurant, which was located where Marcel’s Restaurant is at 905 State Hwy. 361.

Abdo was born June 20, 1968 in San Antonio.

He is survived by his children, Danielle, Elliott and Nicholas Abdo; father, Solomon Abdo and wife Debbie; brothers, Solomon Abdo III and Christopher Abdo.

The funeral service was held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, with interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
