Last chance for swim lessons

Register for the final session of summer swim lessons at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14.

The two-week sessions will be taught at 9:40 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, July 21 - 31.

Registration and lessons will be held at the Port Aransas Community Park pool, 700 Clark Pkwy.

The fee for Port Aransas residents is $6 for first child, $5 for second child and $4 for the third, with a maximum fee of $15 per family.

Non-residents will pay $12 for first child, $10 for second child and $8 for the third, with a maximum fee of $30 per family.

Forms also may be picked up and dropped off with payment at the City of Port Aransas Parks and Recreation office, 739 W. Ave. A. Registering early does not guarantee a time slot, but will get the child in the selected session.
