A memorial service is pending for former Port Aransas resident Tom Lambertson.

Lambertson, who was a member of the Port Aransas Boatmen, Inc. and Boatman of the Year in 1990, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009. He was 82.

Lambertson and his wife, Francelle, moved to San Antonio a few years ago.

A memorial service will be held in San Antonio at the Army Residence Community at a date to be determined.
