3. Clean beaches week proclamation; recognition and thanks to Rep. Todd Hunter and Sen. Juan “Chuy” Hinojosa on windstorm insurance bill and beah maintenance funds bill; citizen comments and reports.
4. FINANCIAL REPORT: Discussion and action on May Financial Report.
5. CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of Minutes for May 14, May 21 meetings; and resolution authorizing city manager to apply for state beach maintenance funds.
6. REGULAR BUSINESS
A. Third and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 25 in regards to lighting restrictions for all zoning districts in the city of Port Aransas.
B. First reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 5. Buildings and Building Regulations; Sec. 5-47 in regard to blowing sand from construction sites.
C. First reading of an Ordinance amending Chapter 21, Subdivisions, Section 21-1. Definitions and Division 9. “NUD”, Section 21-243 (f) 3. Parking requirements.
D. A Resolution authorizing the city manager to award an auditing contract.
E. A Resolution authorizing the city manager to award a contract for RAMP Grant paving/drainage at the Mustang Beach Airport.
F. A Resolution authorizing the city manager to contract for police department vehicles.
G. A Resolution authorizing the city manager to apply for a Baseball Tomorrow Fund Grant.
H. A Resolution authorizing RTA to re-establish the airport on the Trolley Route.
I. A Resolution authorizing the city manager to apply for a Coastal Erosion Planning and Response Act (CEPRA) Grant.
7. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Discussion and take appropriate action on the renaming of Cotter Street Jerry McDonald Memorial Road.
B. Discussion and take appropriate action on a noise proposal for barriers and baffling to new construction and bringing existing music venues to this standard.
C. Discussion and take appropriate action on banning trailer parking in the rightof way in school zones near intersections obstructing sight distance.
