MONDAY, MAY 25

9:20 a.m. • A golf cart was found overturned in the water at Pole 33 On The Beach after being stolen during the night from the area of Pole 30.

10:33 a.m. • A caller reported finding a possum in a box in a shed in the 500 block of Seventh Street. An animal control officer removed the animal.

10:52 a.m. • Police got a report that a burglar stole six cases of trash bags valued at $120 and four cases of motor oil valued at $300 from a shed in the 900 block of Tarpon Street.

2:52 p.m. • Prescription medication was reported stolen from a condominium in the 2000 block of On The Beach. The victim said it would cost $930 to refill the prescription.

5:17 p.m. • Police arrested a man on municipal court warrants in the 500 block of Alister Street.

TUESDAY, MAY 26

10:59 a.m. • A purse containing an iPod was stolen from a business in the 100 block of West Cotter Avenue. 5:05 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27

11:45 p.m. • A white Stewart brand surfboard valued at $600 was stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of Beach Street.

THURSDAY, MAY 28

3:53 a.m. • A prowler was reported in the 800 block of Sixth Street. An officer checked the area but was unable to locate a suspect.

10:40 a.m. • An ambulance took a sick person from the 500 block of Trojan Street to Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area.

FRIDAY, MAY 29

8:44 p.m. • Police arrested a man on municipal court warrants in the 100 block of Station Street.

11:29 p.m. • A noise disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Avenue G.

SATURDAY, MAY 30

8:35 a.m. • An HP Pavilion laptop computer valued at $1,600 was reported stolen from a home office in the 1100 block of Whispering Sands.

9:21 a.m. • A person in the 100 block of Mustang Boulevard reported hearing an explosion and seeing electricity momentarily turning off. Police couldn’t find the source of the sound but suspected it was an electrical transformer.

12:42 p.m. • A wallet containing $30, a sleeping bag and a Coleman grill were reported stolen from a tent at Pole 4 On The Beach.

5:39 p.m. • Police issued a citation for illegal dumping to a 30-year-old Portland man after a person was seen dumping a load of trash just outside the gate to the city dump.

9:14 p.m. • A noise disturbance was reported at Tarrant and North streets.

10:19 p.m. • A man was arrested on municipal court warrants in the 100 block of State Hwy. 361.

11:18 p.m. Police responded to a report of a noise disturbance in the 100 block of Beach Walk Lane.

SUNDAY, MAY 31

12:57 a.m. • A noise disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Marina Drive.

1:21 a.m. • Police arrested a man on suspicion of public intoxication.

2:32 a.m. • Two men were arrested for public intoxication by police responding to a report of a disturbance in the 2600 block of State Hwy. 361.

4:39 a.m. • An ambulance took a sick person from the area of Cotter Avenue and Cut-off Road to Christus Spohn Hospital Memorial in Corpus Christi.

10:32 a.m. • A youth was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol at Pole 25 On The Beach.

10:45 a.m. • A woman who fell and cut her leg was taken by ambulance from Bayside Street to Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area.

8:35 p.m. • An ambulance took a sick person from Harbor Island to a Corpus Christi hospital.
