Customer service seminar seeks to improve Port Aransas' image
If we want to keep businesses thriving in Port Aransas, it is more important than ever that employees know how to keep customers coming back.
The City of Port Aransas and the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce will offer a hospitality seminar for the community on Wednesday, May 27 from 8 am to noon at the Port Aransas Civic Center, 700 W. Ave. A.
The Extraordinary Customer Service seminar is designed to give participants an overview of customer service.
The workshop deals with topics including making great first impressions, professional phone etiquette, using e-mail professionally, making successful calls, gathering information from customers, being respectful and responsive to customers needs and dealing with difficult customers.
