Misti Marie Hicks, 19, of Port Aransas, died Thursday, March 19, 2009.

She was born on Oct. 12, 1989, to Susan Marie Roberts and Bobby Roberts Jr., of Corpus Christi.

Hicks attended Port Aransas High School and Del Mar College in Corpus Christi.

She worked at the Stripes convenience store on Alister Street at Beach Street.

Hicks is survived by her husband, Matthew Kelly Hicks of Port Aransas; two daughters, Faith Hicks and Lilly Hicks of Port Aransas; her mother, Susan Marie Roberts of Corpus Christi; her father, Bobby Roberts Jr. of Corpus Christi; a brother, Randy Ray (Liz) Roberts of San Augustine; her grandfathers, Leonard Bludworth of Leakey and Bobby Roberts Sr. of San Augustine; a nephew, Ryan Roberts of San Augustine; her mother-in-law, Diane Hicks and sister-in-law Abby Hicks, both of Port Aransas.

A graveside service will be held today, Thursday, March 26, at noon at the Royal Palm Cemetery in Port Aransas.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial account has been set up at Kleberg Bank, in care of Faith and Lilly Hicks.
