The First Friday art reception will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the center, 323 N. Alister St.

The March exhibit is the annual All-Member Show, in which member artists put forth their best work.

The public is invited to enjoy the exhibit, live music and refreshments and socialize.

During the reception and throughout March, the public may vote for their favorite piece in the exhibit.

The first, second and third place artists and the Exhibitors' Choice Award-winning artist will participate in the Group Merit Show in August.

Art from the March exhibit will be on display and available for purchase through March 27.

Guy Carnathan, owner of Beulah's and the Pelican Club, is sponsoring the art center during March.
