A big night

COURTESY PHOTO Saturday, Feb. 21, was a big night for some H.G. Olsen Elementary School students. After getting some lessons on dining etiquette, the students got dressed up and sat down to a formal dinner at Trout Street Bar & Grill. Later, they traveled with chaperones to a performance of the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra at the Performing Arts Center at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. The night of culture was courtesy of a $1,300 grant from the Port Aransas Education Foundation.
