Hinojosa
Christina Elizabeth Hinojosa was delivered in God's hands on February 15, 2009 at the age of 22.
She was a graduate of Flour Bluff High School in Corpus Christi where she excelled in and truly enjoyed her soccer.
She was continuing her college courses in El Paso, Texas.
Although her life was short, she met many friends and touched many hearts.
Her true love was the beach and in her heart she never left it. She also loved hunting, snowboarding, offshore fishing and riding horses with her family at the ranch. She could even be persuaded to do work there once in awhile.
Everyday was a new day to have fun and find happiness and she was in no rush to plan out her future. "No worries," as she liked to say.
She will be missed by her parents; R.D. and Jennifer Hinojosa III, her brother David Hinojosa IV, her grandparents, Francis X. Cullen, R.D. and Gloria Hinojosa Jr. and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We love you, Christina.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 19, at 7 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home West in El Paso. Memorial Mass will be on Friday, February 20, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W. Sunset Dr., in El Paso.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Christina's name to the Knights of Columbus at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, TX. An interment and Mass will take place in Corpus Christi at a later date.
