Linda Beth Dowdy, 71, of Abilene and formerly of Port Aransas, died Wednesd ay, Jan. 28, 2009, in Abilene. She was born Dec. 2, 1937, in Wichita, Kan., to Charles and Ruth (Parrish) Williams. As a military child, she lived in Greenland, Alaska and Texas. More...
