Eighth-graders nab second place in BMS tourney

The Port Aransas eighth graders beat Woodsboro, 24-10 but fell to Pettus, 21-39. Eighth graders from Pettus won the tourney.
Also in the tourney, the seventhgrade Port Aransas girls lost, 23-41, to Woodsboro, and 16-32 to St. James.
Woodsboro scored first place in the seventh-grade division of the tournament.
