Deep Sea Rundup draws anglers to be part of the legend

     Clancy Pearson of San Antonio swept through the junior division, winning top junior angler, first place redfish (8.2 pounds), second place redfish (7.8 pounds), first place black drum (5.5 pounds), first place gafftop (4.3 pounds) and second place gafftop (4 pounds) in the bay/surf division.

      Linda Rogers, left, and Doug Smith of Liberty Hill came to fish on their honeymoon. They fished on a 12-hour trip aboard the Adventurer, out of Offshore Adventures, on June 25. They caught their limits of red snapper, and a vermilion snapper, and Smith caught this 45-pound Warsaw grouper.
